Juniper Rose Syrup

tbsp juniper berries

1 tbsp dried rose hips

1 cup water

1 cup sugar


grind 1 tbsp juniper berries with a mortar and pestle

simmer all ingredients together over low heat for 20 minutes

allow to cool and store in a glass container

should stay in the fridge for 2 weeks
