Milk & Honey

The goat's milk base for this cocktail comes from our goats here at River Road Farm. Our goats have very mild milk, because we monitor their diets closely and make sure the milkers don't have anything that can make their milk bitter, such as beet pulp. The slight earthiness of the goats milk goes really well with the bitter and aromatic nutmeg. The wine glass pictured can be purchased HERE Enjoy!


Milk & Honey

.5 oz heavy cream

2.5 oz goats milk

1.5 oz honey syrup (recipe HERE )

2 oz bourbon

Freshly grated nutmeg

5 dashes Angostura bitters


Stir bourbon, goats milk, heavy cream, honey syrup, and bitters with ice in a mixing glass

Strain into a wine glass 

Grate fresh nutmeg on top
