Honey Syrup

This recipe is just the same as simple syrup, except with honey instead of sugar.

 

Honey Syrup

1 cup honey

1 cup water

 

Simmer the honey and water in a saucepan over low-medium heat until the honey is fully dissolved. 

Let cool to room temperature.

Store in the refrigerator.
