Rosemary Armao
This cocktail is named after and inspired by my favorite WAMC Northeast Public Radio contributor. Both she and the cocktail are sharp, fortifying, and punchy. The rosemary lemon syrup (recipe HERE ) makes this cocktail super herbaceous and fresh. The tonic syrup can be difficult to find in some areas, so 2 oz high quality tonic water can be used as a replacement. The cocktail will be a little less intensely flavored, but still delicious! The hand painted bee rocks glass pictured can be purchased HERE

1 oz tonic syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

*If you're replacing tonic syrup with tonic water, wait to add tonic water until after pouring this mixture over a large ice cube in rocks glass
Stir until the outside of the glass becomes frosty
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
Add rosemary sprig for garnish

If the rosemary aroma is too intense for you, feel free to replace the rosemary sprig with a lemon wheel for garnish
